George and I went steady in 8th grade at Lafayette. I remember him as a very sweet boy back in those days. I was so happy to see him at our 20th reunion. He seemed to be as sweet a man as he had been a boy. I was hoping to see him at this reunion, too, but that won't be the case. Happy trails, George.
George was the one that bought the cherry bombs in Mexico and gave them to me. That is what I blew the toilet up with my freshman year. I worked as a busboy for two weeks to pay for that toilet!
