Douglas Charles Lowe, 69, of
Murrieta, California, passed away on May 2, 2024. He was born on May 24, 1954, in
Phoenix, Arizona. Douglas served in the US Army from August 31, 1972, to August 29, 1975.
He was a Sales/Account Manager for Keebler Cookie Co., worked in sales of small and large construction equipment, and served as an estimator for Southern California Moving and Sunset Painting before retiring in May of 2020.
Douglas attended St Thomas the Apostle School, Camelback High School, Phoenix College, and Arizona State University.
In his free time, Douglas enjoyed spending time with family and friends, sports, traveling, and visiting National Parks.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Lowe, sons Justin Lowe and Shawn Lowe, sister Barbara Vasquez, brothers Brian, Kelly, Casey, and Brandon Lowe, as well as sixteen nieces and nephews. Douglas was preceded in death by his father Charles Lowe, mother Elizabeth Lowe, brother Thomas Lowe, and sister Kathy Lowe.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at Murrieta Valley Funeral Home, 24651 Washington Ave.,
Murrieta, CA 92562, on May 24, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Private internment at Riverside National Cemetary.
